How to make Cold Brew TEA with Alley600?

One of the good points of our  colddrip coffee system is to control the amount of water drops using the first valve and the amount of coffee drops using second valve at the same time.

**In this case, “amount of coffee drops” means as strength of coffee.

If you have our colddrip, Alley600 or if you’re considering purchasing Alley600 later, you can make a “Cold Brew TEA” with this colddrip system.

What kinds of tea can we use for Cold Brew Tea?

Flower petals, herbal and blended teas which are easily available around you will be excellent on Cold Brew Tea using Alley600.

Today I made the “Cold Brew Tea” using Blended tea with Lychee, which has very good fresh sweet taste.

– Preparation:
Tea: 3-5g, cold water: 600ml, wet cotton filter.
** according to your preference, you can adjust the amount of tea.
For today, i put the tea of 7g to get sweeter.

TIP!!

– Pour the warm water into this tube to wash this tea. Open the lower valve fully to drain the water very fast, to make tea just wet.

– Open the first valve to drip water with 2-3 drops every second.

– The whole brewing time will be within 1 hour and you can adjust these two valves properly.

TIP!

– Please control the valves to maintain the tea being soaked in the water, during the whole brewing time.
