Manufacturing Cold Brew Products in Korea
We launched the second version of colddrip with the amount, 600ml last month and we’d like to show how to make “colddrip” using our new version, Crevasse600. The most important thing in the system is twin valve system and this system is same as Alley600. The only different thing is “Design” People say, Alley600 is famous for the elegance of design with the curve line and we’d like to say about that this new colddrip, Crevasse600 is close to classical modern but different. Now, let’s make a colddrip with Crevasse600.
Place this glass tube into this wooden part called ” support for water” and close the valve of water tube completely turning the clockwise.
Fill the filtered cold water to the neck of this water bottle and it’s apporx. 600ml. And then close the this water bottle with the stopper. Put this water bottle in the the wooden top part called ” support for water bottle” upside down with pouring water in it.
Put grind coffee into the coffee tube. In this case, the amout of coffee is 60g with grind type, filter coffee.
Ready for start : 11:20 AM . How do you feel this different model, Crevasse600?
Then, you can open the first valve every single drop.
Firstly, you can open this valve to drip several drops very fast and then adjust the valve properly. It helps to pass micro air bubble inside the valve. It means that it can prevent “stopping water drops throuh the valve” People ask us, the amount of water drops through the first valve is not constant. It’s very natural phenomenon to get slower due the the change of water pressure inside the water bottle. If you feel, it’s getting slower then you can open the valve more. The most important thing is that you have to check this coffee in this coffee tube and adjust the valve properly. They need your hands with care.

See the back of Crevasse600. It’s my favorite part of this new one. I can say: This is hidden part of them. I really love to see this coffee drops from the back side which is showed between two wooden parts secretly.

It’s also very natural to change the color of coffee dros over time. When colddrip is done, you can mix this coffee shaking lightly then you can feel their proper coffee strength.
Colddrip is done! It’s now 3:40 PM. It took 4hrs 30 minutes for making colddrip coffee. You can enjoy this differnt twin valve system. With the second valve, you can adjust proper “pre-infusion” and it helps to get more rich taste.
